TODAY I MADE PROGRESS.

I WORKED OUT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2 WEEKS.

I’d gotten into a funk and hadn’t been working out. The first week i was on vacation in Florida with my sister, so that was excused.

But this last week i haven’t been able to motivate myself, until today!

ELLIPTICAL FOR 10 MINUTES AND THEN I WENT ON A TWO MILE BIKE RIDE.

I’m very proud.

I am over 440 calories for the day but i’ve made a step, and every step is a step towards my goal.

yesterday.

i ended up going out to dinner, which turned into a mistake!

my friends picked canes chicken and all they serve is chicken strips!

so i ended up about 600 calories over what i was supposed to eat, and i didn’t have time to exercise because we went out for the night right after work. 

I guess i’ll just have to plan better! Next time when i have a night out planned during the week i’ll make time to exercise in the morning before i go into the office.

I’ll just workout extra today! and stay away from SODA!

Also, I’ve got a workout buddy!

So excited and hoping this will help with longterm motivation.

I struggle with starting and then getting distracted a few weeks later and stopping for a while. 

This past year i’ve been pretty diligent about starting back up again within a reasonable amount of time which is something i’ve never been able to do before!

So i’m proud. And i’ll keep going.

One day i’ll get into this lifestyle full time.

One day it won’t even take constant thought and effort, it will come more naturally.

Today is back to reality. Back to living clean.

Back to tracking calories and exercise.

So far today i’ve done pretty good. Lunch was a bit more than i wanted but nothing crazy.
